Key result responsibilities/objectives

  • Accounts Payable and invoicing tasks
  • Processing incoming purchase invoices
  • Customer invoicing and related data entry
  • Assisting in customer reporting
  • Assisting Transmare EE office in daily financial operations
  • Expense invoice processing
  • Invoicing
  • Outgoing payments
  • Co-operation with an accounting firm
  • Supporting operative staff with finance-related issues
  • Acting as back-up for other finance-related tasks for Transmare FI
  • Exporting data from TMS to accounting
  • Account statement processing
  • Outgoing payments
  • Cash flow management, EUR and other currencies

Specific responsibilities

  • Keying in incoming purchase invoices to company accounting software
  • Applying cost allocation for invoices and checking correct taxation procedures
  • Purchase invoice verification
  • Generating sales invoices to customers and related shipping details data entry
  • Customer data handling
  • VAT reporting
  • Other customer reporting
  • Verifying purchase invoice amounts to prices offered to customers
  • Allocating purchase invoices to correct projects
  • Customer invoicing based on specific customer requirements and according to set timeframes
  • Monitoring customer profit accuracy
  • Shipment data creation where applicable
  • Drafting/updating customer-specific invoicing instructions
  • VAT reporting according to Finnish tax regulations to specified customers
  • Drafting other customer reports and statistics
  • Upholding purchase invoice records (Transmare EE)
  • Generating sales invoices ( Transmare EE)
  • Keying in outgoing payments in a net bank (Transmare EE)
  • First point of contact for Transmare EE accountant (Transmare EE)
  • Supporting Transmare EE personnel in financial related issues (Transmare EE)
  • Developing existing processes
  • Transmare FI backup tasks to be specified later

Customer Service Manager,
USA, Remote

We are a dynamic supply chain business established to offer the international market a comprehensive logistics solution. We are looking to hire a Customer Service Manager to work with US customers.
This is a clerical administrative position that allows you to work remotely from home. Extensive use of a phone and a PC is required.

Key responsibilities/objectives

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries received through email
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to all callers
  • Customer invoicing and related data entry
  • Assisting in customer reporting
  • Track, trace, enter and update shipments
  • Assist and support Transmare stations and cartage agents
  • Master outside customer applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned
